Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift
Location: Lone Tree, CO
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Night Shift: 6 PM - 6 AM
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. The RRT will play a crucial role in providing respiratory care to patients across various units including ICU, PEDS, NICU, and MED SURG. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and exhibit collaborative teamwork.
Responsibilities:

Administer respiratory treatments and therapies.
Set up and manage ventilators.
Assist with intubations and obtain arterial blood gases (ABGs).
Provide patient and staff education on respiratory care.
Participate actively in ventilator liberation efforts.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Minimum of 6 months current acute care hospital RRT experience.
Must possess BLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
CRT or NBRC certification preferred.
Prior experience with Meditech and in PICU or NICU settings is advantageous.
