2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. This role involves preparing, masking, and painting parts using liquid spray paint systems while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and production.

Rack, mask, blast, and prepare parts for painting

Measure and verify coating thickness to quality standards

Support powder coating and other finishing operations as needed

Use computers to track jobs and update production status

3–5 years of industrial painting experience

• Experience with paint preparation, masking, and spray application
• Ability to inspect and measure coating thickness
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Training

Training is conducted on 1st Shift (Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) before transitioning to the regular 2nd Shift schedule .

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
