Provide high‑quality care for intermediate‑acuity patients transitioning from critical care to Med/Surg level.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care using evidence‑based practices.
Perform accurate hand‑offs and bedside shift reporting to maintain patient safety.
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practitioners, and multidisciplinary partners to optimize patient outcomes.
Administer medications, monitor complex conditions (cardiac, respiratory, post‑ICU), and support recovery.
Participate in huddles, shared governance activities, and unit‑based quality improvement initiatives.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
Current Missouri RN license or compact license.

Opportunities for future advancement into ICU, Telemetry, Behavioral Health, ED, and more, typically within 12–18 months based on performance and interest.
