Summary
Full-time Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton Easton Columbus responsible for delivering exceptional, personalized service and creating memorable experiences for clients. Act as an ambassador of the brand, tailoring in-store interactions and leveraging clienteling tools to build long-term relationships. Drive individual and team sales performance through product knowledge and strategic advisory selling.
Responsibilities
Achieve individual and team objectives and sales goals.
Provide personalized advisory service across the Brand and all product categories.
Learn, master, and maintain deep Brand and product knowledge.
Leverage in-house clienteling tools and systems to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
Tailor the client experience to discover and address client needs and preferences.
Requirements
Previous retail experience preferably in a high-end or luxury market, or a strong background in customer-centric roles.
Strong sales and commercial mindset with a proven ability to meet targets.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and a willingness to learn.
Availability to work full-time in-store.
