Medical Receptionist I Full Time Primary Care

Conviva is seeking a dedicated – Medical Receptionist– who is interested in growing with the company and being a part of something great!

The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the Conviva Care Center located at: 100 S Zarzamora, San Antonio, TX 78207.

You will have a high School Diploma or GED

You will have 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail Hospitality, Call Centers, etc.

You will have knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)

You will have knowledge of Medical Terminology

You will have experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records)

You will be Bilingual in English and Spanish
