Dialysis Registered Nurse, Home Therapy

Registered Nurse DialysisThe role involves providing nursing care in a dialysis setting. The nurse will manage a patient assignment ratio of 4:1. Charge nurse duties are required for overseeing 21 stations. Work schedule will involve day shifts from 5:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Rotating weekend shifts may be necessary, including occasional Sundays due to holidays. Floating to various dialysis locations may be required. Knowledge of dialysis procedures and the ability to administer treatment to patients is essential. This role includes responsibilities such as patient monitoring and equipment management. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of infection control and emergency protocols.
