Summary The HR Operations Co-Op is responsible for executing high-volume, process-driven tasks that support core HR operations. The HR Operations Support works within structured guidelines and partners with cross-functional teams to deliver timely and accurate HR support.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Supports day to day HR operational needs through timely execution of transactional tasks. These activities ensure employee records and system data are initiated accurately.

Provide support for daily HR operational needs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data and processes

Send out first day communications such as confirmation emails, manager calendar invites and new hire surveys to ensure smooth employee experiences

Qualifications And Education Requirements Must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's degree (or higher level) college/university program

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple, competing assignments in a dynamic environment, with the ability to be extremely flexible and adaptable

Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Security Responsibilities Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance.
