Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Birchwood Terrace Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our dedicated team of caregivers. As an LPN at Birchwood Terrace, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents, providing exceptional care and support in a beautiful and inspiring environment. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) staff on assigned units

Deliver care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

Current unencumbered State of Vermont LPN license

Strong communication skills to communicate with residents, families, and staff

High school diploma or equivalent required
