Registered Nurse- Foster Care

Role: Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Provide highly professional nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members, and ensure accurate documentation. Administer medications and IV therapy safely and timely. Support hospital standards and foster a collaborative work environment. Take responsibility for professional growth and contribute to patient education.

Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school, current Basic Life Support certification, valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility, and at least six months of RN experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills are essential.
