What does it mean to be a part of the FLEX Order Selection team?

In this fast-paced role, you are the boots on the ground and responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. You will operate motorized equipment including Electric Pallet Jacks while ensuring that you safely and accurately move product within the warehouse. Diversity Belonging Innovation Groups

Must work Sunday- Pick from available days after training (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

• Must be able to train for 2 weeks (Monday- Friday 1 st week, Sunday- Thursday 2 nd week)
• 2.00/hr for Weekends
• $Stores product in bins, on floor or on shelves, according to identifying information.

Reports adjustments to inventory counts, spoilage or damage to stock, location changes, and out of stocks.

Transports product throughout warehouse via electric pallet jack and/or forklift.

Maintains loading performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage and maximum safety, while being mindful of weight distribution on the trailer.

Assists other department personnel in the performance of work activities when peak workloads require or during absences of division personnel.

Must be 18 years of age due to equipment operation.

Prior experience as a shipping, receiving, or stock clerk is highly desirable.

Must be able to read labels and make decisions on properly stacking and loading product into trucks.

Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available

Exposed to temperatures ranging from -20 degrees below zero to 35 degrees Fahrenheit in Perishable Operation and 37 degrees to 90 degrees Fahrenheit in Grocery Operation

Must be able to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment.

Ability to operate work-related equipment.
