Key Responsibilities
Previous accounting and/or cashier experience preferred.
Provide a warm, professional welcome to clients in person and over the phone.
Accurately process payments for vehicle sales and service transactions with the utmost attention to detail.
Maintain balanced cash handling and ensure financial accuracy at all times.
Enter transaction data into accounting systems with care and precision.
Support a refined front-office environment through organization and administrative assistance.
Contribute to a calm, efficient, and client-focused atmosphere.
What You Bring
Cashier and/or accounting experience.
A genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with financial transactions.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask gracefully.
A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
Confidence using computer systems and learning new technologies.
Cash handling experience preferred; automotive or luxury retail experience a plus.
Familiarity with Reynolds & Reynolds, Excel, or accounting systems is advantageous, though training will be provided.
