Line Cook

As a line cook at the Grove Hotel, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to ensure every plate meets our standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Set up and stock stations with appropriate tools, ingredients, and supplies.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout your shift.

Coordinate with other kitchen team members to ensure efficient ticket execution.

Assist with inventory tracking, labeling, and stock rotation.

Follow all company food safety, uniform, and attendance policies.

Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced kitchen required.

Must be available to work early mornings and weekends.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations required.

Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required.

AM & PM shifts available

Must be able to work in hot kitchen environments and move between stations as needed.
