RRT - Respiratory - - Night shift

CRS, Inc is currently looking for a Respiratory Therapist at Hansen Family Hospital in the Cardiopulmonary department. This is a full time or part time position working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. This position is employed by CRS, Inc. and applications for this position will be shared with CRS, Inc.

Is responsible for assessing, care planning, patient educational and treatment application for patients receiving respiratory care.

Graduate of a of program in Respiratory Care

Board Certified in Respiratory Care

Required Training: Be proficient in general respiratory care.

Ability to demonstrate use of exercise equipment and techniques.

Be proficient in general respiratory care.

Ability to have a good relationship with people of all ages and to adapt teaching skills to a variety of physical disabilities.

Moderate physical activity. Occasionally exposed to cleaning agents/chemicals. Occasional exposure to infectious disease.

Participates in the delivery of pulmonary rehabilitation education and exercise sessions while evaluation and developing treatment plans for assigned patients.

Maintains a medical record of patients receiving services, documenting patient progress, including critical events and resolutions of these events.

Communicates verbally or in writing with patients and families, other department, physicians, other health care providers and other appropriate agencies.

Participates in Quality Improvement program.

Shows Proficiency/ Interpretation in the following skills / equipment:

Overnight Pulse Oximetry

MDI instruction'Adult and Pediatric

Ambulatory Blood Pressure monitoring

Suction'Adult and infant nasal aspirator.
