As a Patient Family Liaison, you will:
Help the patient and family understand, accept, and follow medical recommendations. Provide services planned to assist the patient and family in achieving the optimum social, spiritual and heath care adjustments within their capacity.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information per Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act
