TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified IMC RN in Prescott, Arizona, 86301!

Registered Nurse (RN) – IMC / PCU / Stepdown
Contract | 12-hour shifts (7A–7P or 7P–7A) | 3 shifts per week | Days or Nights | Onsite
Provide acute care nursing for patients undergoing cardiovascular and surgical services, including post-cath lab and post-open heart surgery care
Administer IV cardiac medications and manage specialized equipment including Philips Cardiac Monitors, Medtronic Pacemakers, Sigma Spectrum IV pumps, and Zoll R series devices
Manage complex patient needs including chronic vents, chest tubes, epidural catheters, PCA pumps, peritoneal dialysis, and transvenous pacing
Perform arterial and venous sheath pulling and care; monitor patients via invasive monitoring
Document patient care using Cerner EMR and administer medications via Pyxis dispensing system
float to ICU preferred, with competency in arterial lines and sheath pulls
Active and in good standing Arizona RN license
Minimum 1 year of PCU experience
Must successfully pass a dysrhythmia exam with a score of 80% or higher within two attempts prior to contract signing
Familiarity with ICU-level skills including arterial line management and sheath pulls
Experience with renal disease patients and peritoneal dialysis
Work in a fast-paced cardiac and cardiac surgery environment with a diverse and clinically complex patient population
