Job Title Senior QA Engineer - Deals Experience
As a Senior QA Engineer - Deals Experience, you will serve as a technical quality leader across web and mobile platforms. You will define quality strategies, influence engineering and product decisions, and ensure customerfacing solutions meet the highest standards for reliability, performance, and usability-especially during major sales and promotional events. This role goes beyond execution, embedding quality engineering best practices into the development lifecycle, mentoring others, and driving scalable test automation solutions.
Act as a quality owner and technical leader, driving standards across the Deals Experience team.
Partner with product and engineering leaders to define quality strategy, assess risk, and influence scope/delivery.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
Ensure strong endtoend, integration, regression, and release test coverage across complex customer journeys.
Review requirements, designs, and architecture with a quality lens, identifying gaps and risks early.
Own testing strategy for highvisibility launches, ensuring operational readiness.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for fast feedback and confident releases.
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement longterm quality improvements.
Mentor QA engineers in test design, automation, and troubleshooting.
Plan, write, and execute test cases (manual/automation) for web and mobile (iOS/Android).
Manage release communications and maintain quality gates.
5+ years in Quality Engineering or Software Test Engineering for web/mobile applications.

• Experience testing largescale apps built with React, React Native, Next.js.
• Handson with automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Jest, Detox).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, including async programming and test framework design.
• Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to identify complex defects and systemic risks.
• Experience with monitoring/troubleshooting tools (Splunk, Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace).

Experience with Android/iOS native apps and mobile test automation.
Embedding testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Validating performance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design at scale.
Influencing crossfunctional teams and advocating for quality in agile environments.
