Senior Managing Counsel
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing practice, the hybrid New York Senior Counsel will independently manage litigation cases, develop compelling case themes, and provide leadership to junior attorneys while fostering client relationships.
Key responsibilities
Develop compelling case themes to counter plaintiff strategies
Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials
Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced attorneys
Required qualifications
JD from an ABA-approved school
Active bar license in the State of New York
8+ years of solid litigation experience, particularly in trial preparation
Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
