Job Overview A law firm seeks a Professional Liability Attorney in Towson, MD. This position offers a flexible and collaborative environment, providing meaningful work to expand professional experience. The firm specializes in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation.
Duties Handle professional liability litigation matters.
Collaborate with team members on case strategies.
Draft and review legal documents and correspondence.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Manage case files and track billable hours.
Requirements Current and active Bar membership in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC, and/or CT.
Prior professional liability litigation experience preferred.
Superior written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications Bar membership in good standing.
Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
Familiarity with case/file management systems.
