About the role

At ADOR Kitchen and Cocktail we’re hiring for employees that are highly motivated and provide great excellent customer service. They must be attentive, friendly, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons

Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks

Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails

Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Offer menu recommendations upon request

Up-sell additional products when appropriate

Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software.

Communicate order changes to the Kitchen Staff

Participate in Marketing and Promo

Purchase All Uniforms

Post Daily on Social Media

Book Sections or Tables and Bring In Regulars for the bar

Participate in Opening and Closing Duties

Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

1-2 Years of Bartending Experience Preferred

Must Be Over the Age of 21

Must have Food Handlers and TABC Server Certification
