Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a distinguished mid-sized law firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join their impressive and collaborative team! This role will provide advanced litigation support to attorneys in all phases of complex civil litigation, and will serve as a key resource on procedural rules, court requirements, and best practices, and may mentor junior paralegals.
Location: Midtown NYC
Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Compensation: $125-145k base salary + discretionary bonus and competitive benefits
*Assist attorneys with all facets of case management: document productions, preparing for and attending depositions, conducting extensive legal and factual research as well as, participation in case teams for mediations, arbitrations and trials. Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8+ years’ experience in the litigation field, preferably in a mid-to-large sized firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Pacer ECF system, and the NYS Court Filings System
- Strong proofreading and research skills
- Ability to multi-task, handle urgent projects and tight deadlines and be willing to travel for out of state work
