Compensation and Bonus Structure

Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped.

Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours and earn bonus pay.

Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance

Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours.

Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

Manageable Caseloads: Support up to 8 children.

No Non-Compete Clauses.

Education and Support

Continuing Education: Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.

Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
