Manufacturing Tech (CNC Machinist)

Your role CNC Machinist III, are highly skilled professionals responsible for advanced machining operations, mentoring others, and contributing to technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance. Lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise. Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and team knowledge transfer. Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics.
