Resource RN Nursing

Schedule: Nights 12 hours, 36 hours guaranteed weekly.

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Requirements:

• 2 years experience (required)
• Must be willing to float (this is a float position)
• High proficiency in both ED and MS/PCU (required)
• Experience with MS, ED and PCU/MS (required)
• Rural/small facility experience (highly preferred)
• COVID Vaccination (required)
• ACLS required, PALS or ENPC required within 6 months of hire
• State Licenses: New Hampshire

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provides professional nursing care, coordinating with other disciplines for care planning.

Performs head-to-toe assessments and reassessments.

Identifies and manages pain, providing education on pain management.

Modifies care plans based on patient responses to treatment.

Administers medications correctly and follows the six medication rights to minimize errors.

Assists physicians with procedures and provides treatments as required by licensure.

Monitors patient condition, interpreting hemodynamic status and identifying dysrhythmias.

Communicates effectively with the healthcare team and consults with other departments as necessary.
