Electrical Engineer II As an Electrical Engineer II you will perform a variety of moderately complex engineering duties to design, plan, and oversee the design and development of electric/electronic devices and systems applied to new or existing products . Evaluates progress and results of projects. Recommends changes in design, procedures or objectives as necessary.

You will do this by

• Designs and troubleshoots electrical/electronic assemblies and systems
• Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties
• Adheres to new product development processes as it relates to Concept Analysis, Business Case, product development, pre-production and post-launch steps
• Recommends methods of manufacturing during the design of new products,design modifications or process changes based on cost/design studies
• Acts as a liaison between other departments as necessary
• Recommends changes in design, procedures or objectives as necessary.
• Develops engineering test standards where applicable
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field

Three years of professional engineering experience

Broad knowledge and use of electrical/electronic control circuits and systems

Broad understanding of electrical/electronic components and their uses in various power systems

Knowledge of appropriate standards and regulations

Knowledge of applicable technologies and/or products

Well-developed communication skills to explain designs and logic used

Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
