Facilities Technician

• Position Purpose To perform preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure all credit union owned buildings and grounds are properly maintained and continue to always operate in a safe and efficient manner. As a Facilities Technician, you'll help keep our buildings, grounds, and systems running smoothly across multiple locations. Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems

Conduct regular inspections and complete repairs as needed
Maintain grounds (landscaping, snow removal, lot upkeep)
Respond to facility requests from branches and departments
Maintain inventory of facility supplies and materials
Assist with upkeep and maintenance of department vehicles
High school diploma or equivalent

• 12 years of maintenance or skilled trade experience
• Strong working knowledge of building systems and basic repairs
• Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

This role requires working in a mix of office, outdoor, and maintenance environments.

ability to access tight spaces (crawl spaces, ceilings, mechanical rooms)
with assistance; push/pull equipment as needed
Sufficient vision and hearing to inspect facilities, identify issues, and communicate effectively
Exposure to varying conditions including weather, noise, dust, and equipment
Travel between branch locations required
