Global AmLaw firm seeks an experienced Contract Legal Recruiter (3+ years of law firm recruiting experience preferred) to manage a full-cycle, high-volume requisition load during a leave coverage period. This role will oversee 20-30 active openings, partner closely with firm leadership, and drive end-to-end recruiting efforts in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and writer with proven experience managing multiple priorities, building stakeholder relationships, and leveraging ATS platforms such as Workday. Manage 20-30 active requisitions, overseeing full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer
Partner with attorneys and firm leadership to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure quality and alignment with role requirements
Maintain accurate tracking and reporting within ATS (e.g., Workday) and ensure data integrity
3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment workloads
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workday or similar) and strong organizational/technical capabilities
Preferred Software/Skills:
~ SharePoint, MS360, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter
Compensation: $37-42/hr
