Hourly Wage: $25/hr ($26/hr after successful 90-day performance appraisal)

Employment Status: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 PM - 06:00 AM

TRIDENT is adding a Late Night Security Officer to deliver skilled security and safety services at a secured commercial facility in Cupertino, CA. The Tuesday through Saturday opening is designed for a focused, self-reliant professional who performs best in a quieter overnight setting. Staying alert, working well with minimal supervision, and applying a thorough approach to monitoring and patrolling the facility after business hours are the non-negotiable foundations of this role.

Collaborate with fellow Security Officers to preserve a safe environment for customers and employees across retail environments

Walk foot patrols through assigned zones to maintain visibility and cut down the risk of incidents

Log and look into security events, accidents, and maintenance-related issues

Field assistance requests from supervisors and client staff efficiently and professionally

Help with crowd control and coordinate with public safety officials when the situation demands it

Interact with customers and employees in a professional and welcoming manner

Offer First Aid, CPR, or AED support during medical emergencies (if certified)

Sweep building exteriors to confirm that all doors, gates, and windows remain secured

Participate in daily shift briefings and share pertinent site information with the team

Keep company equipment in good working order throughout the shift

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Prior security experience is preferred

Qualities for Success

Work takes place across multiple retail sites

Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in any weather conditions

Availability for weekends, holidays, and overtime is required as needed

The Security Officer is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role reporting directly to the Field Supervisor.
