As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be customer service. You’ll interact with people across all shifts in a variety of settings. Applicants must be fully flexible and available to work any day of the week and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as scheduling needs may vary. Competitive hourly wage of $23 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors

Manage access control

Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks

Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs

Answer questions in person or by phone

Write incident reports and communicate security concerns

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

Exceptional customer service skills

Proficient in basic phone & computer skills

If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!

You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)

Flexible Availability: Must be willing and able to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, and any shift (day, swing, or overnight) as operational needs require. Shifts may vary from week to week, and guaranteed or fixed schedules are not available for this position.
