As an LPN at The Lakeside at Amelia Island, you will:

Provide compassionate nursing care and medication management for residents

Monitor resident health and communicate updates with families and physicians

Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being

Respond quickly and confidently to resident needs

Work closely with a supportive clinical and leadership team
