• Proven HR business partner with strong coaching skills
• Strong focus on process improvement, strategy, and HR automatio n
• Strong organizational, inter-personal, and multi-tasking skills
• Comfort performing tactical to strategic HR
• Ability to travel as needed in your local area
• Ability and desire to network and implement strong relationships within the community is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• More information on "remote" classification of our positions. All Consulting positions with FIT HR will be a combination of working remotely from your home and approximately 20-25% of your time working onsite at your clients' location. This balance of remote / onsite will vary by client assignment.

We offer a flexible environment and schedule. Position starting 20+ hours per week, may go to full-time in a short period. Ability to work at different locations and virtually, as needed (must live in the Pacific Northwest Region.)
