Each flu season, companies nationwide rely on our experienced teams to provide flu vaccinations and biometric screening services. We're looking for a Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator to help ensure our teams have the supplies and resources they need to successfully support our seasonal clinics.
The Opportunity - Based at our Phoenix, AZ Corporate Office, the Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator will support the preparation, shipment, tracking, and organization of supplies and flu vaccines from August through December. As our Seasonal Supply Chain Coordinator, you will:
Prepare, pick, pack, and ship supplies and vaccines to support seasonal flu clinics.
Assist with inventory management, including maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of supply needs.
Assist with additional department projects and tasks as needed.
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds (with or without assistance).
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Seasonal Full-Time: August-December
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
