Fitness Counselor, Full-Time

Our Fitness Counselors will actively pursue enrollment of new members through self-generated and company-sponsored programs, promotions, and referrals. In this fast-paced, energy-driven position, you will find success by supporting potential members in fulfilling their fitness goals. Manage membership billing processes and fitness sales pipeline.

Customer Service (friendly, clean, helpful, problem resolution)

Act as an information hub, offering comprehensive knowledge of products, programs, and events.

Communicate well with members and fellow team members with a customer service mentality.

Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work.

Available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Comfortable with technology, ability to quickly shift focus, and phone etiquette.

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, tools, and equipment.

Capability to bend and stop for extended periods to access equipment and perform maintenance tasks.

Hourly Position – Additional Compensation Eligible: $16.90–$17.90 USD
