Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth functioning of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and shipping.
Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control procedures.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery and distribution.
Monitor warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and safety compliance.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage warehouse budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is preferred.
