In this high-impact role, you will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for a diverse range of critical hardware positions, which may span supply chain, quality & reliability, vehicle development, and advanced hardware engineering. You will act as a brand ambassador, partnering closely with hiring managers to qualify requirements, source, recruit, and close world-class engineering talent.

Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy

Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership

Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams

8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)

Proficiency in sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques

Bonus Qualifications:

Expertise in leveraging at ATS (we use Lever) to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines

Experience working for a recruiting agency

142,000 - $193,000 a year There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
