Compensation And Bonus Structure

Total Compensation Package from \$84,500 to \$119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company.

BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Bonus Structure

Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped.

Sign On Bonus: Up to \$10,000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay.

Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance

Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.

A few days off in Year One: including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

Manageable caseloads: support up to 8 children.

No Non‑Compete Clauses.

Center Leadership: BCBA > Sr. BCBA > Assistant Clinical Director > Clinical Director > Sr. Clinical Director > Group Clinical Director > Regional Clinical Director.

Training & Development: Join Dr. Greg Hanley's Compassionate Care Training.

Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr. Linda LeBlanc.

Clinical Guidance: BCBAs are guided by the Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team.

Continuing Education: 10+ free CEUs per year, extra funds for additional training, two paid days off for CEU events.
