Bartender Position At Tommy's Tavern + TapAt Triple T Hospitality, our mission is to achieve "GREATNESS". Tommy's Tavern + Tap is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant known for its welcoming atmosphere, exceptional food, and outstanding service. As a bartender at Tommy's Tavern + Tap, you are the heartbeat of the bar experience. RequirementsExemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience: Dedicate oneself to delivering great guest service, consistently going above and beyond for both team members and guests.Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications for bar and restaurant guests.Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm.Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies.Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts.Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration.
