AMI Expeditionary Healthcare LLC (AMI) is seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist to provide on-site clinical services at the Syracuse VA Medical Center . The physician will perform a broad range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures while providing comprehensive patient care in accordance with VA clinical guidelines and American College of Radiology (ACR) standards.

Perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures, including:

Image-guided biopsies, drainages, and catheter placements
Dialysis access management
Provide pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care
Participate in on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays
Provide on-call phone consultations to VA physicians
Provide supplemental on-site clinical coverage as needed
Provide backup coverage and maintain continuity of care
Document patient care in the VA electronic health record (EHR)
Follow VA policies and directives, HIPAA requirements, and ACR practice standards
Communicate test results and treatment plans effectively with patients and healthcare teams
Collaborate with VA physicians, residents, and clinical staff
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Board Certification in Interventional Radiology through the American Board of Radiology (ABR)
Current DEA registration
Demonstrated technical proficiency in interventional radiology procedures
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to successfully complete the AMI Credentialing Process
