Contingent Hospice CNA
Join University Home Care Inc as a Contingent Hospice CNA in Livonia, MI, where you will provide compassionate, personalized care to hospice patients in their homes. This role is ideal for a dedicated CNA who is passionate about supporting patients and their families during end-of-life care. You will work in a collaborative team environment, delivering high-quality care that respects the dignity and wishes of each patient.
Assist hospice patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising nurse or healthcare team.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families, promoting comfort and quality of life.
Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient observations in compliance with care plans.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Current CNA certification in the state of Michigan.
Experience in hospice, home health, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes around Michigan.
Competitive hourly pay of $20.00 - $25.00, paid semi-monthly.
