Legal and Compliance Paralegal

Currently, we have an exciting Legal Assistant - Bankruptcy who enjoys working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with an energized team with a well-established national real estate services firm specializing in default servicing, including foreclosures, bankruptcies, evictions, and title solutions. The company is built on honesty, integrity, and client-focused service, offering a fast-paced and detail-oriented work environment where your contributions truly make an impact.
The Legal Assistant - Bankruptcy is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Legal Documentation: Prepare pleadings, letters, and court documents (e.g., Motions for Relief, Notices of Appearance, Objections to Confirmation) under attorney supervision.
Basic understanding of various mortgage and loan documents.
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and strong data entry/typing skills.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; professional telephone demeanor is essential.
Experience with client software databases such as Black Knight , Tempo , or CounselLink .
Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
Pay Rate Range : $26.00 - $34.00 per hour
