Talascend is currently seeking a Buyer for a contract opportunity in Phoenix, AZ.
The Buyer will be responsible for identifying and procuring materials, goods, and services required by the organization. This role involves researching suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing, supplier management, and cost analysis.
Manage purchase orders and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to define purchasing needs and specifications.
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
Previous experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role.
Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices.
Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
