Description

This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients through compassionate care and support.

As a Registered Nurse in Behavioral Health, you will play a critical role in assessing, planning, and implementing patient care strategies tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care that enhances patient recovery and well-being in a supportive medical practice environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary

Provide education and support to patients and their families

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care

Document patient care activities accurately and timely

Participate in case management and discharge planning

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

Graduate of a Registered Nursing program.

Current BCLS certification

Current Iowa Registered Nurse License or compact state nursing license giving the ability to practice in Iowa.
