Pharmacist - Inpatient Hospital - RPh
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Shift: 8 Hours / Days
Contract: 13 Weeks
Training: Provided
Providing clinical support of the hospital pharmacy function in a fast paced environment.
Developing and participating in new employee training and education programs.
Participating in patient drug therapy monitoring.
Promoting an environment of continuous quality improvement.
Knowledge of general hospital pharmacy practice and clinical pharmacy practice
EPIC experience
Gathering prior to admission home medication list from patient, family, or pharmacy
Pharmacokinetic Dosing Management/Monitoring
Anticoagulation Dosing Management/Monitoring
Training onsite
