Primary Care Physician in Erie, Pennsylvania

This Primary Care opportunity in Erie, Pennsylvania offers predictable scheduling, manageable patient volumes, and a collaborative team environment where physicians can focus on delivering exceptional care without the demands of inpatient medicine.

100% Outpatient Practice: No inpatient responsibilities or weekend clinic requirements.
Well-Supported Clinic: Work alongside dedicated MA and LPN support with an efficient NextGen EMR workflow.
Balanced Patient Schedule: Average of approximately two patients per hour with light 1:8 phone-only call.
Physician-Focused Environment: Join a collaborative practice that prioritizes quality care and physician well-being.

Strong guaranteed base salary with bonus potential
