We are seeking a skilled, dependable Line Cook who takes pride in execution, consistency, and teamwork in a professional kitchen environment.

As a Line Cook, you are responsible for the accurate and timely execution of menu items during service. Success in this position means delivering consistent quality while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to culinary standards.

Work multiple stations within the kitchen as assigned

Maintain clean and organized food preparation areas throughout each shift

Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and rotation procedures are followed

Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, mixers, blenders, and other appliances

Assist other cooks and kitchen team members during service as needed

Follow all health department regulations and food safety standards

Adhere to all instructions and direction from culinary leadership in a timely and professional manner

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1 to 3 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen best practices
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
