Paint Unloader Level 1

Staffing Inc. is partnered with a great company in Norton Shores, MI, who is looking for a Paint Unloader Level 1. Responsible for removing painted parts and delivering parts and kits to specified departments. Inspect parts for defects, touch up paint as required. Conducts paint tests for quality control.

Paint Unloader Level 1 Responsibilities:

Unload product within a warehouse facility

Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within or between storage facilities

Perform basic housekeeping in assigned areas of warehouse

Conduct inventory check with accuracy and promptness

Inspect parts for defects

Paint Unloader Level 1 Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Training in general safety, awareness and quality system awareness

Knowledge of raw materials, machines, tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance

Accurately prepare documents, production sheets and other reports and related paperwork as required by our procedures

Operation monitoring, quality control analysis, critical thinking, active listening, troubleshooting, complex problem solving, equipment maintenance and reading comprehension

Quick paced, while maintaining quality and safety standards

Good computer skills

High-level of visual awareness

Flexible and team player

Work overtime, weekends and/or holidays
