Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an Outpatient Psychiatrist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Metropolitan . Flexible work hours from 8:00am - 8:00pm.

Teaching and academic appointments allowing 1:1 teaching and supervision of psychiatry residents from New York Medical College.

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry.

License to practice medicine in the State of New York.

Additional compensation available for extra call or sessional/per diem hours.

The annual total value of the compensation package is estimated at $438,690** (board eligible) and $450,020** (board certified) , which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors as set forth below:

Estimated annual compensation for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours worked per week is $104,000***.

Projected bonus of up to $40,000 (based on previous year’s average), contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.

Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
