Recruiter (Remote Flexible)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. As a Founding Recruiter, you will take ownership of full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-moving, early-stage technology environment.

You will play a critical role in building high-performing teams across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

The position combines hands-on sourcing, strategic partnership with hiring managers, candidate assessment, and offer closing.

You will work closely with leadership to define hiring needs, establish strong talent pipelines, and maintain a high hiring bar.

The role also offers the opportunity to shape recruiting processes, tools, and practices from the ground up as the organization scales.

Own full-cycle recruiting processes from role kickoff and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing.

Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, hiring plans, and candidate evaluation criteria.

Lead structured, high-signal interview processes that consistently uphold a strong talent bar.

Source Customer Success, Go-to-Market, and Product talent across the United States.

Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, networking, and market intelligence.

Identify and assess candidates for technical, behavioral, and cultural fit in collaboration with hiring managers.

Recruit for international positions while adapting sourcing and hiring strategies to different markets.

Partner with People and Operations teams to support compliant and scalable hiring practices across regions.

Provide insight into talent availability, compensation expectations, market conditions, and regional hiring dynamics.

Represent organizational values, standards, and employer brand consistently throughout the recruiting process.

Improve recruiting workflows, documentation, processes, and tooling as the organization grows.

Introduce structure and scalable practices where they add value without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

Help establish and continuously raise company-wide standards for recruiting and hiring quality.

Operate with a high degree of autonomy while partnering effectively with founders, leadership, and hiring teams.

Proven experience as a technical recruiter with ownership of full-cycle hiring.

Demonstrated experience hiring founding or early engineering teams within an early-stage startup environment.

Successful experience recruiting talent across the United States, Europe, and Latin America.

Experience recruiting highly selective or high-performance technical talent is a strong advantage.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions effectively.

Ability to manage multiple searches while maintaining speed, quality, and attention to detail.

Comfortable working independently in a fractional or contract capacity.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating practical recruiting processes as needs emerge.

Strong understanding of international talent markets and hiring dynamics.
