Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Remote/Telehealth

Position: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

You'll provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families throughout Massachusetts, helping clients work through concerns such as relationship difficulties, family conflict, parenting challenges, anxiety, grief, and major life changes. Your clinical work will include meeting with clients, assessing their needs, setting treatment goals, and using therapy to help them make practical changes. Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through telehealth

Help clients work on communication, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, and conflict

Maintain client confidentiality and follow Massachusetts requirements for telehealth practice

Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Massachusetts

Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families

Comfortable delivering care through telehealth platforms

Ability to manage a full-time caseload in a remote setting

Must have reliable internet and a private workspace for virtual sessions

Full-time remote position
