Warehouse Associate – Finished Goods Pay Rate: $25.00/hr Employment Type: Contract (30–45 days, potential extension) Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Location: Phoenix, AZ 85353 (Onsite) Positions: 15 Openings
Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Warehouse Associate – Finished Goods to work on-site with our client in Phoenix, AZ. This is a short-term contract role with potential for extension supporting a solar manufacturing facility.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting material flow and finished goods operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials to ensure production and shipping timelines are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Material Handling & Inventory

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
Label, store, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation
Maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies
Shipping & Distribution

Pick, pack, label, and palletize finished goods for shipment
Coordinate with shipping teams to ensure timely deliveries
Support outbound and inbound logistics operations
Operational Support

Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization (5S standards)
Report damaged or defective materials
Collaboration & Compliance

Work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and logistics teams
Follow OSHA and company safety standards
Participate in safety training and adhere to PPE requirements
Qualifications
Required:

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
Experience in inventory management and material handling
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:

Experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Basic Microsoft Office skills
Work Environment

Warehouse setting with exposure to temperature changes, dust, and noise
Requires standing, walking, lifting, and use of PPE
Not solely a forklift role — includes full warehouse responsibilities
