Registered Nurse (RN), Oncology Telemetry

Seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. This role requires adaptability to float between units and a commitment to high-quality clinical practices.

Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans within the telemetry unit.

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
• Document patient information and clinical procedures accurately in the electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate efficient patient care.

Valid RN license for Tennessee or a multi-state compact license.

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an acuity hospital setting.
• Prior experience with Cerner EMR is required.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry procedures.
• Ability to float across multiple units including Medical, Surgery, Trauma, Oncology, Orthopedics, Neuro, Pulmonary, Cardiac Surgery, and Vascular units.
